what has keith BEEN USING SINCE HIGH SCHOOL?

This product needs no introduction.  I've been using it ever since I was in high school and it truly is the best face scrub on the market, hands down.  I wouldn't recommend using it everyday however twice a week is good enough for me.  I use it as a body scrub once a week as well.  Now while I favor the Naturally Clear Apricot Scrub, you really can't go wrong with the Fresh Skin variations as well.
