You really can't go wrong with anything that Rimmel London has to offer. Here's an eyeliner with vivid color that really is waterproof and stays put all day. Once the eyeliner sets, we're talking no fading or smudging. Just be warned that this eyeliner can and will stain eyelids if applied as an eyeshadow. FYI. . . there's a smudger on the other end. How cool?
