Making another pit stop.  I figured out who stole my iPhone.  it's just a hunch but a big one.  This young guy who frequents the shelter asked to use my cell phone today.  I lied and told him I had no minutes.  He then says, "Since when do you use a phone that requires minutes?  Somebody must have stolen your other one."  And I'm thinking Yeah, you did.  Nobody else knows that my iPhone was stolen except for me and the thief that stole it.  It's okay though.  I'm not trippin'.  I'm too blessed.  At least I have a phone.  I also forgot to mention that I peed in the bed or should I say mat this morning.  I had one of those dreams where you're using the bathroom only you're really not.  I only urinated a little bit.  I stopped myself in time.  When I woke up everything was dry.  Awe well.  As if you had to hear this.

I forgot to mention yesterday that I received a compliment from this old guy waiting on a bus stop.  I was walking to the library and as I got near the entrance, he says, "Don't take this the wrong way but you have some really pretty lips.  Very attractive."  "Thank You," I said with a smile as I kept walking.  Unfortunately, a few seconds later, I discovered that the library was closed.  So, I opted for some retail therapy.  I finally went inside the new H&M and I bought a T-shirt and a pair of jean shorts.  I'm going back today to snag some other articles of clothing that have been on my mind all night.  Happy Memorial Day.

Okay, you're back.  I used this product faithfully for a month I did not see any results PERIOD.  Now mind you, I only used the lash boosting serum and not the recommended Double Extend Lash Boosting Mascara.  Even so, I should have seen some kind of results, right?  Wrong.  I'm so disappointed in L'oreal right now.  Here are some quick PROS (not many) and CONS if you're even thinking about buying this Lash Booty Serum.

So what do I think?  I think it's okay.  Not the most moisturizing body cream on the market, but it fairs well considering it's price.  I purchased it at Walmart for about $4 and you get a pretty decent amount.  The best part about the body cream is actually its scent.  The fragrance is faint yet delicious and it really does smell of brown sugar and vanilla.  Plus, this body cream doesn't leave my skin greasy like some moisturizers.  I can't  stand that.

So, here's a product I love more so for its convenience rather than its quality.  I swear that the liner/shadow combinations are perfect and great for on-the-go.  The only issue is that the liner and shadow have a tendency to fade quickly as well as crease, and the product also smudges very easily which can either be a good thing or a bad thing, depending on what look you're going for.  With that being said, a great eye primer is definitely a necessity and your best bet is to set both the liner and shadow with a powder like an eyeshadow.  Sometimes, I even use the "shadow" stick as a base for some of my powder eyeshadows. 

So, the question lies, "which stick is my favorite?"  I would have to say Black/Smoke because the black liner is so intense and the liner/shadow combination makes the perfect nighttime smoky eye.

Surprise!  Surprise!  Guess who called me at 07:24 PM.  None other than Teon.  I neglected to answer because I was listening to Jennifer Lopez on my iPod and didn't hear the phone ring.  He didn't leave a message and I have no plans of calling him back.  I'm sure his aunt, Gloria, told him to check on me anyway.  That was his excuse for calling me the last time we spoke.  Well, at least he or should I say Gloria is thinking of me.  Toodles.

I just thought I would stop through once again.  I felt really good today as you can probably tell by my previous post.  I got a couple of compliments on my new Old Navy skinny jeans.  Even Marvin gave me a compliment after asking to hold my iPod.  Well this is Keith signing off once again.

Well not just yet.  Let me tell you about my day.  I took a walk over to the Inner Harbor and I had a cheeseburger from Five Guys.  Its been so long since I've had a burger from there and it tasted Oh So Good.  Teon introduced me to Five Guys and it felt so much like deja vu.  I've been thinking about Teon a lot lately.  I miss him so much.  But enough of the broken record.  After eating at Five Guys, I got a piece of chocolate fudge from The Fudgery.  I even watched their interesting performance which was really good by the way.  As you know The Fudgery is right next to the new H&M and it took all of my strength to stay out of that store.  Yet I succeeded.  Again this is Keith signing off for real this time.

why was keith LET GO?

Today, I went to the Human Resources office just as I was instructed to do on Wednesday.  And it's exactly what I thought it was.  I was dismissed due to my theft charge.  Mrs. Regan, the HR agent, even told me that it might be hard to get a job in retail with a theft charge.  Luckily, after I complete 24 hours of community service, it will be deleted from my record and I can reapply for a job at Stop Shop & Save.  I have to be honest.  I kind of liked my job.  The highlight of the day is that I at least got paid all of $191.04.  That was my first paycheck.  Luckily it's not the last.  I still receive a paycheck next Friday for the work I put in on Monday.  So, I guess I'll buy a few things I've been keeping my eye on and try to hold on to the rest. 

 

I can't forget to mention that I was complimented on my make-up today at Lexington Market.  She said, that I did "a good job".  I told her "Thank you."

what's keith THINKING?

So this Marvin K. Dessaure fella is kind of weird.  The only time he speaks to me is when he wants to either use my phone or my iPod.  I let him use my iPod all of two hours ago and he just handed it back.  The sad thing is that he didn't even say "Thank You."  In fact, he never does.  Even when I let him use my phone, those two words cease to exit his mouth.  To be honest, I think he's kind of socially awkward, always speaking in a low tone where as I could hardly hear him.  I hope I'm not like that.  At least I say "Please" and "Thank You".  Looks like someone needs a lesson in manners.  Now I have to wipe my iPod down.  No offense to Mr. Dessaure but he's been wearing the same clothes for all of two weeks.

And OMG.  I just realized that I have nude pictures of myself on my iPod.  I hope he didn't see them, although I'm sure he did.  WOW.  I am so embarrassed.

keith, WHAT IS THAT ABOUT?

I woke up early around 06:30 AM so that I could make it to work on time at 09:00 AM.  Once I got to work however I was told to not punch in.  After waiting a minute for the manager to let me in to her office, she tells me that I need to go to the Human Resources office on Friday.  I ask the manager, "Why?" and she says, " It's either because I didn't pass the drug test or because of my background check or because they want to send me to another store."  I was in total shock.  So, now I have to wait until Friday to figure out what is going on.  I hope it's not due to the shoplifting charge I took on a couple weeks ago.  If so, I don't see why they let me work a full week before letting me go.  I'm just so upset because I have no clue if I still have a job.  It took me forever to get that one.  I guess there's no need of stressing about it until I figure it out.  Hopefully, the HR associate will answer her phone today.  I need the 411. 

And I almost forgot to mention that security damn near escorted me out of the store.  Awe man.  This can't be good.

I was stuck outside again last night until 03:00 AM.  I was supposed to get off of work at 08:00 PM, however we were short of staff and I ended up getting off at 09:00 PM.  I didn't make it around to the shelter until 09:50 PM.  This time I sat at my usual spot near the volleyball field at the Inner Harbor for a while and then I took a walk around Federal Hill.  It's very beautiful up there at night.  I have yet to ask my mother if I can stay at her Lanvale Street property.  I'm too scared.  I hate asking her for things.  If you were raised by her, you would know why.

what's keith EXCITED ABOUT?

The new H&M at the Inner Harbor opens on May 19, 2011.  I have yet to apply for a job there.  Hopefully I don't blow my first pay check at the new store.  By the way, it looks like it's going to be huge.  That is so what's up.

I almost forgot to tell you that a female complimented me on my ass today.  She said that I had a nice ass.  I then gave her a smile and wave.  Since I've mentioned my ass, it's gotten quite a bit of attention.  A guy here at the shelter told me that I need to be careful walking around with my ass out.  In response, I could do nothing but smile.  My ass has gotten bigger though.  I've gained two pounds bringing me to an even 160 pounds, although I've lost quite a bit of muscle mass.  I can see it in my chest.  So I'm losing muscle and gaining fat.  My ass is plumper now more than it has been in a while.  Looks like I'll be flaunting it in my new pair of skinny jeans from Old Navy.  Too bad I'm not getting any action.  I have no one to impress except for these goons.

what's keith MISSING?

I miss my favorite show- 90210.  I've only watched one of this year's new episodes.  I basically missed half of the third season.  Awe well.  Looks like I'll have to cop the third season on DVD.  That reminds me that I also have to get the second season on DVD.  I already own the first season on DVD.  The sad thing is that the cast are seniors so I'm sure I missed an awesome graduation episode.  I hope 90210 gets picked up for a fourth season.  If not, I think I'll be okay.  Who knows?  Maybe I won't.  I'm sure my girl AnnaLynne McCord will move on to bigger things.  Damn, I miss watching Naomi Clark in action.

And I miss another one of my favorites- Nikita.  It's on as I write.  Too bad I'm not watching it.  Looks like I'll have to cop the Season 1 DVD of that series as well.  I feel so untouched with what's current.  I used to always know what's going on.  Hopefully that will change. 

what's keith DOING AT THE INNER HARBOR?

Sitting or better yet loitering.  I got off of work at 09:00 PM.  (More like 09:20 PM.)  I made it around to the shelter at about 10:00 PM.  Unfortunately, JHR was filled to capacity, so I waited outside until 10:30 PM, at which point I was instructed to clear the block.  JHR is not letting any clients in until 03:00 AM.  I can't believe it.  I, Keith XXXXXX, have been turned away.  I knew that once I started working that getting into the shelter was going to be a problem.  But I'll keep my head up.  I'm still keeping everything in God's hands.  I'm blessed to finally have a job.  That's all that matters.  I'm going to call my mother tomorrow and see if she'll let me stay at the property she's sprucing up.  Hopefully she'll say yes.  If there is a God, I know she would.

Oh and I have yet to tell you about my new job as cashier at Stop Shop & Save- your neighborhood nigger-mart.  I work at the Harford Rd location, right in the hood.  It's not a bad job though.  I get to ring customers up all day and not much else.  Most of the people that come through pay by way of food stamps. 

Speaking of food stamps, I'm sure now that I'm working my food stamps will cease to exist.  I only have $150.00 worth of food stamps left.  I'm trying to be conservative with what I have left because I'm not sure if I'll get any next month.  Yet I won't sweat it.  Once again, I HAVE A J-O-B.  That is something I haven't had since July of 2008.  We're talking almost 3 whole years.  And if you're wondering, I work part time making $8/ hour.  Blessed.  BTW I'm cold out here.

So, I first told you all how much I love this product HERE.  And I must say that I'm still in love.  Too bad, this product can't love me back.  Anyhow, I've racked up a pretty decent collection in the recent months.  My new favorite is actually Bronzed.  It's the perfect subtle yet brightening liner to highlight and open up my eyes.  Good stuff.

I first discovered this brand in Walgreens back in September and to my surprise, Jordana Cosmetics is actually celebrating its 25th anniversary.  Who knew?  Well, I had no clue.  These eyeliners were pretty cheap so I decided to give them a try.  So, what did I think?

First off, I'm not going to go into a long spill about these eyeliners.  Nowadays, just about every brand of cosmetics carries a decent eyeliner pencil.  Eyeliners go back thousands of years.  So, no surprise there.  I'm going to simply test the claims of this product per the Jordana Cosmetics website.

Claim No. 1

[Rich, Dense Color Resists Fading]

Results:  Half true.  Great, rich pigmented color however it does fade throughout the day especially if applied in your tightline.  For longer wear, I set the liner with an eyeshadow. 

Claim No. 2

[Smudge-Proof]

Results:  Straight up false.  Will smudge especially if you have oily skin.  Again, I like to set the liner with an eyeshadow to decrease smudging.

Claim No. 3

[Lines, Defines, Accentuates]

Results:  Affirmative.  Great for lining top and bottom lash lines.  Can create a line as thin or as thick as desired.  Nice metallic finish.

Claim No. 4

[Smooth-Glide Formula]

Results:  Spot on.  Doesn't tug on skin.  Glides fairly easily. Very smooth and creamy formula. 

Claim No. 5

[Stays Put In All Weather]

Results:  Epic Fail.  Trust me, it definitely wouldn't stand the test of time.  Enough said.

Conclusion:  Overall, it's a pretty decent liner.  In fact, it's very similar to the Wet n Wild Coloricon Brow & Eye Liner Pencils.  Same price point as well.  ($0.99) 

 Definitely worth a try.

what's keith DOING AT COURT?

As you all know my court date was today.  And yes I went.  I have to do 24 hours of community service in order to have the conviction lifted from my record.  Oh and I have to complete all 24 hours by June 13, 2011.  Yeah, that gives me about five weeks.  Luckily, I was given a church located on 5010 Briarclift Road which is right down the street from my mother's house. (Yes, I'm referring to Glenda as my mother again.)  I even told her "I Love You" today. 

And before I forget...

Guess what?  I have a job.  You're looking at a new cashier for Stop Shop & Save.  Now the store location where I'll be working has yet to be determined, however I start orientation tomorrow morning at 09:00 AM.  Hopefully, it's a full time gig with morning hours because JHR is to capacity at around 07:00 PM every night.  We'll see how this works.  Like I said, it's all in God's hands.

A slight change of pace today.  I'm writing from the central location of the Enoch Pratt Library.  I just had to share what went on this morning.  I got a little close and personal with one of the staff at JHR.  You remember this guy.  Well, after getting out of the showers I let him see what I'm working with- as in I showed him my ass.  Then, after I got dressed I let him cop a feel.  Then we had slight conversation.  He showed me his dick which was uncut by the way.  My dick is hard just thinking about him.  To be honest, I fantasize about him at night when I'm masturbating.  This celebacy thing might not work out for me- too much temptation.  The thing is that for some reason I kind of like him and he feels the same way about me.  I can't put my finger on it, but he seems like a sweetheart.  Anyways, I'll keep you posted.  I'll let you know if he gets a chance to taste my GOODIES.
